The son of a tall ship captain, Sean first went to sea at the age of 16 on a square rigged sailing ship in the Mediterranean, eventually becoming a tall ship captain himself at the age of 30. Sean spent a total of 30 years on board sail and motor yachts as well as small passenger ships working his way from deckhand through the ranks serving in virtually every position possible on board with the final 20 years in command of vessels as large as 282ft. He has crossed the Atlantic on a 57ft sailing yacht, a 361ft square rigger and all sizes of motor yacht many times over. Eventually coming ashore to take over the yacht management division of IYC, Sean was involved in all phases of the company as COO and employing broker including sales and charters before moving on to become Head of Yacht Services Miami for Burgess. Now operating CYC as a successful yacht management and brokerage, Sean has a long earned reputation for integrity and keeping his clients' interests as his top priority.
