We are happy to announce the return of IYBA's Open Houses!

Our first event of the year takes place on April 16th, at the newly-renovated Las Olas Marina and for the first time we welcome both sales and charter to display their yachts.

Register today and take this opportunity to see charter and sales yachts in one place, at one time.

The upcoming open houses will be on the third Wednesday of each month.

Dockage rates:

65' - 69': $6.35/ft

70' - 79': $7.4/ft

80' - 99': $8.45/ft

100' - 124': $9.05/ft

125' - 149': $10.25/ft

150' - 174': $10.5/ft

175'- 199': $10.85/ft

200' and up: $11.1/ft

Charges: One night minimum required.

Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hour cancellation / date change policy applies. 48 Hours prior to Noon of Arrival Date for Full Refund. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of noon on arrival date will be charged 1 day fee.
• Same day cancellations and no-show reservations will be charged in full. A one-time date change to reservation that must be made 48 hours or more in advance of noon on arrival date; within 48 hours, reservations dates are locked and cannot be changed.
