Open Houses continue every third Wednesday from May through September.

Registration is required for all attendees. Please ensure you pre-register by 4:30 pm on Monday, August 17. Immediately following the Open House, we invite you to a Social Hour sponsored by Sanlorenzo Americas, taking place at their Pier Sixty-Six office on the second floor from 12 to 1 pm.

Dockage rates are charged per foot, per day, plus applicable tax and electricity.

Utilities service:

30 amp service: $20.00 per cord

50 amp service: $30.00 per cord

100 amp 1-phase 240: $75.00 per cord

100 amp 3-phase 208: $75.00 per cord

100 amp 3-phase 480 volts: $200.00 per chord

200amp-3phase 480 volts: $300.00.00 per cord

400-600 amp 480 volts: $500.00 per cord

Charges & Cancellation Policy:

• All vessels participating will be charged for two nights.

• Due to limited availability, cancellations for the Open Houses must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid penalties.

All reservations must be confirmed using the billing link provided by Pier Sixty-Six. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until this step is completed.
