We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to support our Seattle office and dynamic West Coast brokerage team. About the Role:
As the Sales Support & Operations Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination for our Seattle and California brokerage team-providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a smooth office operation, and assisting with sales and marketing activities. You’ll represent the Worth Avenue Yachts brand with professionalism and warmth, providing an elevated experience for clients, partners, and colleagues.
This role requires participation in local boat shows and events, including some weekends, occasional travel, and a signed NDA.

HOURS: 9:00am – 5:00pm

SALARY: DOE Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus

Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Work Equivalent Preferred.
· Prior experience within the maritime, luxury, or family office sector.
· 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, hospitality, or related roles.
· Foundational accounting experience with strong budgeting discipline.
· Familiarity with contracts, CRM platforms, and MLS sites is highly advantageous.
· Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate computers, software, and digital systems.
· Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
· Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment.
· Thrives in an office environment and brings a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
· Warm, personable, and positive demeanor, with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Job Duties:
• Sales & Broker Support
Provides high‑level administrative and operational support to brokers, including contract preparation, CRM management, communication coordination, and ensuring seamless follow‑through across all sales activities.
• Listing & Marketing Coordination
Manages yacht listings across MLS platforms and partners with the marketing team to execute promotions, presentations, research projects, and multimedia content for listings and client outreach.
• Event, Boat Show & Travel Coordination
Supports major boat shows and industry events, assists with pre‑show and on‑site logistics, coordinates travel and scheduling, and helps facilitate open houses, seminars, and client gatherings.
• Office Operations & Team Collaboration
Maintains a polished, professional office environment, supports cross‑functional teams, assists with general operations, and performs additional duties aligned with overall brokerage and office needs.
