Charter Coordinator – Multi-Broker Support in our West Palm Beach Office
Worth Avenue Yachts is looking for a full-time charter coordinator in their Palm Beach office. Previous experience in a Yacht Brokerage is preferred, but willing to train.
Responsibilities Include:
- Effectively and efficiently conduct yacht sales closings, including document preparation, disbursement, review, and processing.
- Communicate and interact with customers related to the listing and sales process in a highly professional and efficient capacity.
- Prepare listings to be entered into applicable marketing databases.
- Support the broker with marketing initiatives, including e-mail marketing.
- Attend and work boat shows, including Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, and other special events as needed.
- Provide cross-functional training and support when needed.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees and industry professionals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The candidate must possess the following:
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Searching.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends is required.
- Present strong phone skills and the ability to speak clearly and effectively to customers.
- Experience with Yatco, Yachtbrokers.org, and Yacht World is a plus.
- Must be able to attend and work boat shows, including Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and other special events as needed.

Salary: Range based on experience within the yachting industry, along with a bonus structure.
