This is a vital role, key position within our organization. As such, this position reports directly to the Owners. The ideal candidate will already have experience with closing high level transactions, preferably in the marine industry. 

Skill set:

• Business Management background with 5+ years’ work experience in upper-level management
• Proficient with basic accounting principles, spreadsheet usage, and financial documents
• High Level of Familiarity with Compliance Requirements/Guidelines for:

1.     State Title and Registration

2.     USCG Documentation

3.     State Sales Tax

4.     US Customs

5.     Offshore Closing procedures

• Confidence to deal with high-net worth individuals
• Ability to establish ancillary contacts and procedures to support your position and to run more efficiently  
• High level of computer literacy with mastery in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Tenacity with a touch of diplomacy
