Senior Independent Yacht Broker – Remote / High Split

Barclay Tuck Yachts is a boutique Miami Beach-based yacht brokerage focusing on Florida’s east coast while serving all of Florida and extending our expertise worldwide. Approaching 10 years in business, we are looking for experienced brokers who want the freedom to work independently with real support behind them.

There is no physical office for brokers and no required weekly meetings. You work remotely on your own schedule. In return, we provide:

• Listing creation and posting on YachtWorld, Boats.com, and BoatTrader
• Email marketing to our established buyer and seller database
• Business cards, shirts, and branding materials
• Affiliation under an established licensed brokerage
• High commission splits designed for producers who generate their own business
• Professional documentation and closing support
