A huge congratulations to Caroline for being presented with the prestigious NASBLA Award during the Boating Law Administrators meeting February 27^th in Lexington, Kentucky. Caroline was honored with this award by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators for her tireless efforts in helping the organization achieve its objectives, as well as her notable contributions to the betterment of boating.  Notable previous recipients of the award include past Presidents of BoatUS, the Commandant of the USCG, and Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board.  We are proud of the work she has done and the passion she has to improve the industry.
