WILMINGTON, NC - June 26th, 2020 - Off the Hook Yacht Sales NC, LLC, announced that it has acquired Bennett Brothers Yachts and Boatyard, a company specializing in the service, repair, and refit of boats and yachts, as well as travel lift services and hurricane haulouts. The purchase is a key element of Off the Hook Yacht Sales’ long term strategic plan of becoming the #1 dealer for premium used boats and yachts in the World.

This acquisition will allow Off The Hook Yacht Sales to streamline and consolidate several existing locations and operations in South Eastern North Carolina, while increasing the breadth and quality of its service offerings. Additionally, Off The Hook Yacht Sales is extremely excited to be able to contribute to the development along the Cape Fear River in Downtown Wilmington and be a large contributor within the local economy.
