Senior Partner Umberto Bonavita and attorney Rob Machate of Robert Allen Law, recently represented the buyer in the acquisition of M/Y Gisa, a 2023 43.5m Mengi Yay Yachts build. The closing took place in international waters off the coast of Dubrovnik, Croatia.
