YACHT & BROKERAGE SHOW RETURNS TO MIAMI BEACH IN FEBRUARY
The 27th annual Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami Beach is set for Feb. 12-16 and more than 500 yachts are expected to be in the water along Collins Avenue across from the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels.
Covering more than 1.2 million square feet of space, the show spans more than a mile-long strip of Indian Creek Waterway from 41st to 52nd streets.
The show draws thousands of people from around the world and features new and brokerage yachts, as well as marine technology and accessories valued at more than $1 billion.
The free event also offers floating cocktail lounges, food and live entertainment.
Organizers are planning an additional location at Island Gardens Deep Harbour Marina in 2016. When it is completed, the new marina on Watson Island will be able to accommodate 35 to 75 yachts from 80 to 480 feet, the largest collection of slips for yachts of this size in South Florida.
The Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami Beach is managed, produced and co-owned by Show Management and co-owned and sponsored by the Florida Yacht Brokers Association. It runs concurrently with the Miami International Boat Show, which is owned and produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
Show Management and Trade Only Today are owned by Active Interest Media.
