On October 1st, while the Boat Show opens, the official platform for e-sailing will host a new digital regatta. In fact, the Genoa-Trieste Regatta 2020 will start: on board the Supermaxi hulls the e-sailors will race for 1,300 nautical miles, with the aim of crossing the finish line in Trieste in the days preceding the Barcolana.

The weather conditions will be those actually present along the real route, and the regulation will enhance the tactical choices: no buoy or gate, freedom to find the best route for the circumnavigation of Italy, from West to East, with the hope that from digital the event will take place in the next editions also at sea.
