Position Overview: 

As a Yacht Broker at Rendevous Yachts, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sale and purchase of yachts. You will leverage your expertise to build relationships with clients, provide exceptional service, and drive sales success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced broker or someone eager to transition into the maritime luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipyards, and other industry professionals.
• Assist clients in buying and selling yachts, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the yacht industry.
• Organize and attend yacht showings, sea trials, and industry events.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, yacht values, and industry regulations.
• Manage and update the company’s inventory of yachts for sale and ensure accurate listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a yacht broker or in a related sales role within the luxury or maritime industry.
• Strong understanding of yacht specifications, market trends, and buyer/seller needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
• A passion for yachts and the maritime industry is essential.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
