Your Role:

As a Yacht Broker at AvYachts, you will:

• Drive sales and exceed targets

• Expand client relationships – Develop and maintain relationships with yacht owners, industry professionals, and potential buyers.

• Strategic market expansion – Identify opportunities to grow AvYachts' brand in the U.S. luxury yachting market.

• Expert consultation – Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Participate in high-profile events – Attend yacht shows, industry networking events, and private client gatherings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience – Minimum of 5 years in yacht brokerage. Or captain experience with a strong engineering background and charter experience. 

• Industry knowledge – Strong understanding of the luxury yacht market, with an existing network in the industry.

• Exceptional communication skills – Ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and provide white-glove service.

• Self-motivated & entrepreneurial – Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

• Willingness to travel – Attend yacht shows, private viewings, and client meetings across the U.S. and internationally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a yacht broker or yacht captain experience.

• Proven yacht sales history.

• Strong product knowledge and an understanding of the yacht sales cycle.

• High-energy and team-minded attitude.

• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
