Service and Warranty Administrative Assistant
Immediate opening for a full-time service and warranty administrative assistant for a global yacht builder, at the company headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinating commissioning and warranty programs with both service team in the field and internal management team
Managing all service work with vendors and yacht owners to keep a clear and timely channel of communication
Cultivating new service business
Entering and tracking warranty, commissioning, and service work with daily reporting
Assisting the executive team, sales, and staff as needed
Assisting with organizing and working boat shows and industry events, as needed
This is a full-time, in-office position, under the supervisory of the Service and Warranty Manager. Must have strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and have at least 2 years industry experience in marine service and warranty administration.
