Position Summary:
As part of the Allied Marine Marketing Team, the Yacht Listing Coordinator works closely with Allied Marine Brokers, Sales Assistants and other Marketing Team members to ensure that our yacht listings are accurate, up to date and maintain the highest brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions
• Establish and maintain expert fluency with all company utilized Multiple Listing Services (MLS) including Yachtworld, Boattrader, Boats.com, Yatco, Yachtr and their back-end admin systems.
• Obtain, enter, update, and remove boat listing data/photos/video for all MLS databases ensuring accuracy and control on a timely basis.
• Provide regular boat listing and project status updates to broker and his/her assigned administrator.
• Promptly enter all new yacht listings and yacht closings into the Allied Marine CRM system.
• Benchmark competitor strategies to identify/ implement methods to improve our MLS performance.
• Create and distribute Broker-to-Broker marketing e-blasts.
• Review and monitor the Brokerage Report with new listings acquired and sold boat data.
• Work alongside the marketing department and admin to provide broker specific marketing decks.
• Provide brokers and admins with boat listing and sold vessel-specific reports and files upon request.
• Create / maintain library of boat brochures, general arrangement files, photos and videos.
• Maintain listing photo and video database.
• Upload videos to Allied Marine You Tube page.
• Send internal company boat listing and sale announcements.
• Complete tasks upon request by sales administrator team.
• Attend and work approximately 4 Florida boat shows per year.
Job Specifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
Experience
• Yachting industry MLS and/or yachting sales administration experience preferred.
• Real Estate MLS experience or Real Estate Sales Administration also applicable.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic photo editing (cropping, resizing, compressing).
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills required.
• English/Spanish/Italian bi-lingual preferred.

Work Environment
• Work is conducted most often indoors in an air conditioned, illuminated office environment
• Operating standard office equipment such as copy machine, laptop computer in the office setting
• Motor skills and senses include speaking, listening, comprehension, sight, typing and writing
• Sedentary Work with prolonged sitting for most of the day with lifting of no more than 10 pounds occasionally. Possible frequent lifting of small objects weighing less than 10 pounds such as files and small parts
Physical Abilities
• Walking, standing, climbing stairways, pushing, and lifting up to 15 pounds during travel.
