Yacht Technician

Outer Reef Yachts is seeking a full-time, skilled yacht service technician with at least five years of experience in the marine industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of yacht systems, including mechanical, electrical, as well as hydraulic components. This role requires a professional who can perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury yachts, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities would include troubleshooting and repairing complex yacht systems, performing routine maintenance, commissioning newly delivered vessels, as well as collaborating with other technicians to ensure seamless operations. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as they will interact with clients, providing updates and recommendations on yacht maintenance and repairs. Having familiarity with the latest marine technology and certifications relevant to the industry are a plus. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential, as we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
